Stray Kids have officially claimed another milestone on the global stage. Their fourth studio album KARMA, released on August 22, has become the No. 1 best-selling physical album in the United States for 2025, according to data from music industry tracker Luminate.

Between January 3 and September 18, KARMA sold an impressive 392,899 copies in the U.S. alone, topping the year-to-date physical album sales chart. This achievement further solidifies Stray Kids as one of K-pop’s leading forces in the world’s largest music market.

Billboard Dominance

The group’s success with KARMA didn’t stop at sales. Upon release, the album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, marking Stray Kids’ seventh consecutive chart-topper. With this feat, they became the first artist in the 70-year history of the Billboard 200 to debut seven consecutive albums at No. 1 since their first entry—a record that no Western or K-pop act has achieved before.

The album has also enjoyed chart longevity, staying three consecutive weeks in the Billboard 200 Top 10. In the latest (September 27-dated) charts, KARMA ranked No. 12 on the Billboard 200, while also leading the World Albums chart and securing Top 5 spots across Top Album Sales and Top Current Album Sales.

Global Sales Leader

Beyond the U.S., KARMA is also leading on a worldwide scale. According to global pure sales figures for 2025 studio albums so far, Stray Kids are firmly in first place:

This ranking underscores Stray Kids’ unique position—not only outpacing every K-pop act but also surpassing global heavyweights like The Weeknd and G-Dragon in pure album sales.

Beyond the Charts: Certifications and Milestones

Stray Kids’ global impact continues to grow. In France, KARMA earned Gold certification from the SNEP (Syndicat National de l'Édition Phonographique), recognizing sales exceeding 50,000 units. This marks the group’s fifth Gold-certified project in France, following ★★★★★ (5-STAR), ROCK-STAR, ATE, and SKZ-HOP HIPTAPE.

Meanwhile, their cumulative physical and digital album sales in 2025 surpassed 1 million units in the U.S., making Stray Kids the first K-pop act to hit that milestone in a single year—and the group has achieved it for two consecutive years.

Stadium Finale at Home

Capping off their record-breaking year, Stray Kids will return to Korea for a historic encore. On October 18–19, they will host “DOMINATE : CELEBRATE” at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium. The shows, which sold out immediately upon general release, will mark the group’s first-ever domestic stadium concerts—a symbolic milestone as they celebrate seven years since debut. The finale will also be streamed worldwide through Beyond LIVE.
