This is one of the nicest rookie fandoms out there — a community that, until just days ago, was affectionately known as “The Nameless Fandom.” Despite not having an official name, they made waves in the K-pop world by soaring to second place in two major popularity awards: The Fact Music Awards and the Dream K World Awards. In both cases, Stray Kids took the top spot, but what followed was not rivalry — it was friendly competition and mutual support.

On September 9, rookie boy group AHOF — made up of Steven, Jeongwoo , Cha Woonggi, Zhang Shuaibo, Park Han, JL, Park Juwon, Chih En, and Daisuke —finally gave their fans a name: FOHA. The reveal came during a surprise live broadcast on the global platform Weverse, sparking celebration across the globe.
The name FOHA isn’t just a clever reversal of AHOF — it also carries the meaning of “FOR” in English, symbolizing mutual dedication. It represents a bond where AHOF and FOHA exist for each other, supporting and growing together.
Born from the Fans
The selection of the name makes it even more meaningful. AHOF hosted a global fan naming event from August 20–25, encouraging fans to submit and vote on ideas. The overwhelming response led to FOHA being chosen — a name that now stands as a testament to the group's international appeal and genuine connection with their supporters.
“We always used to call you ‘everyone,’ but now we can finally say your name,” the members shared emotionally during the stream, before shouting “FOHA!” in unison. They further explained the meaning behind the name in multiple languages, including Chinese, Tagalog, English, and Japanese, emphasizing the global nature of their fanbase.
Monster Rookies Making Their Mark
AHOF’s momentum shows no sign of slowing. True to their name — which stands for “A Hall of Fame” — they made a stunning debut with their first mini album, “WHO WE ARE.” The album ranked 5th in first-week sales among all K-pop boy group debut albums, and the title track, "Rendezvous (그곳에서 다시 만나기로 해)," earned them three music show wins, a rare feat for a rookie group.
Reaching Fans Worldwide
On top of domestic success, AHOF has been expanding their global reach. They recently held release events in Osaka and Tokyo, receiving warm welcomes from Japanese fans. In the Philippines, they hosted their first-ever fan concert, drawing over 10,000 fans — a number that shocked even seasoned industry watchers.
The Beginning of FOHA
With the name FOHA now officially unveiled, AHOF's fandom is no longer nameless — it’s unstoppable. What started as a promising rookie group with quiet strength has grown into a global movement, fueled by authentic support, cross-fandom friendship, and an unwavering connection between artist and fan.
Welcome to the new era.
