🎟️ Ticket Guide (Lottery & Sales)

In Japan, tickets are primarily sold via a Lottery (Chusen) system.

  • Where to Buy: Lawson Ticket (l-tike).
  • The Process:

  1. Advance Lottery (March/April): Most tickets (VIP, M COUNTDOWN) are allocated here. International fans can usually enter using a verified phone number or specific "Overseas" sale links.
  2. General Sale (Late April): First-come, first-served for remaining seats. These sell out in seconds.

  • Types:
    • M COUNTDOWN: Evening concert entry.
    • Convention: Access to the daytime exhibition halls.
    • Artist Engagement: Separate add-on for "Hi-Touch" or "Meet & Greet" sessions.

🚆 Transport: How to Get to Makuhari Messe

The venue is located in Chiba, roughly 30–50 minutes from central Tokyo.

For Tourists (From Airports):

  • From Narita (NRT): Take the Keisei Bus directly to "Kaihin-Makuhari Station" or "Makuhari Messe." It takes ~40 mins and saves you from navigating trains with luggage.
  • From Haneda (HND): Use the Airport Limousine Bus (~50 mins) for a direct drop-off at major hotels near the venue.

For Locals (From Central Tokyo):

  • JR Keiyo Line: Take the train from Tokyo Station to Kaihin-Makuhari Station.
    • Note: The Keiyo Line platforms at Tokyo Station are a long walk (10–15 mins) from the main Shinkansen/Yamanote platforms—plan accordingly!
    • Rapid Trains: Look for "Rapid" (Kaisoku) trains to save 15 minutes.

🏨 Where to Stay

  • Walking Distance: Hotel New Otani Makuhari, APA Hotel & Resort Tokyo Bay Makuhari (features a great on-site onsen), and Hotel Francs.
  • Nearby Hub: If Makuhari hotels are full, stay in Urayasu (near Tokyo Disney Resort) or Shin-Urayasu. It is only 15 minutes away by train.

🎒 Survival Tips for Fans

1. New for 2026: The K-Story Zone

Visit the new K-Story Zone to see special cinematic screenings and appearances by actors Park Seo-ham and Lee Chae-min. There is also an Olive Young Festa World Tour section for exclusive K-beauty goodie bags.

2. No Recording Policy

Japanese concerts have a strict "No Photos/Videos" policy during the M COUNTDOWN show. Staff are very diligent—violators are often asked to leave. Recording is usually permitted in the Convention area only.

3. Payment & Tech

  • IC Cards: Ensure your Suica, Pasmo, or Welcome Suica (for tourists) is loaded with at least ¥3,000 for the trip home to avoid ticket machine lines.
  • Cash: While many KCON booths accept cards, smaller fan-made goods and local food stalls often require cash (Yen).

4. Bag Policy

Makuhari Messe does not have a "Clear Bag" rule like the US, but large suitcases are prohibited in the concert hall. Use the coin lockers at Kaihin-Makuhari Station or the venue lobby to store your bags early—they fill up by noon!

5. Fan Culture

Bringing Official Lightsticks and Uchiwa (hand fans) is encouraged. In Japan, it is polite to keep your lightstick/banner at chest level so you don't block the view of the fan behind you.
