Just one day after I.N shared his grateful Bubble message about being saved by a quick-thinking STAY, fellow member Han Jisung (HAN) posted a deeply sincere and emotional apology on the same platform. The 25-year-old rapper expressed regret for misjudging the situation during yesterday’s 6th fan meeting "STAY in Our Little House", admitting he may have unintentionally offended the fan who helped prevent I.N from falling.
In a lengthy Bubble message posted before today’s performance (April 5, 2026), Han wrote:
"i have something to say before today's performance. at yesterday's fanmeeting, while going around the stairs, a stay hold onto i.n's hand to help him when he almost fell but i misunderstood the situation. because of that, i think i offended that person. they came to the fanmeeting to have a good time but because of me, they might have left with a bad memory. i feel really sorry about that and i sincerely want to apologize. i know that every expression or every word of mine during the performance can put someone in a difficult situation but i think i forgot about that for a moment. no matter what the situation was at that time, i have no excuse for misjudging and acting poorly. i'll be more responsible with my actions moving forward. once again, i apologize to that person, i'm sorry to make you read this before the fanmeeting. i'll do my best on stage today and finish the performance well. i think it's a situation where it would be completely understandable for me to get scolded for this, i believe everything said to me is right. i will take it all in and learn from it and become a better person. so please continue to watch over me a little longer!"
The message quickly spread among STAYs, touching many with its raw honesty and maturity. Han openly acknowledged that his reaction — likely a protective instinct toward his member — stemmed from a misunderstanding of the fan’s helpful gesture. He took full accountability without making excuses, even stating he would accept any scolding as deserved.
This comes shortly after I.N (Yang Jeong-in) publicly thanked the same STAY on Bubble, sharing how the fan grabbed him during the encore when he lost balance near the stairs. I.N had worried about gripping the fan’s hand too tightly and expressed relief that no one got hurt.
The back-to-back messages from the two members have highlighted both the warmth of the fan-idol bond and the high emotional stakes of live fan meetings. While I.N turned the moment into a wholesome “magical STAY” story, Han’s reflection showed the pressure idols feel to read every situation perfectly in front of thousands of fans.
this was my point of view of what happened, jeongin fell because there were things on the floor, that is why staff kept telling us to put everything under our seats... pic.twitter.com/SjJtzBVWxU

STAYs Respond with Support and Love
Many fans praised Han for his growth and willingness to self-reflect. Comments flooded in across social media:
“Hannie is always so hard on himself… but this is exactly why we love him. He cares so deeply.”“Protective Han misunderstood but immediately apologized. Our quokka has such a big heart 🥹”
“STAY who helped Innie — we hope you know both Innie and Han are grateful in their own ways.”

The incident has only strengthened the narrative of mutual care within the Stray Kids fandom. Han’s promise to be “more responsible” and his humble request for STAYs to “continue to watch over me a little longer” resonated deeply, reminding everyone that even idols are human and constantly learning.
No further details about the specific interaction have surfaced, and the fan in question has not publicly commented. The final day of the 6th fan meeting continued with the high energy and love Stray Kids is known for.
This moment adds another layer to the already emotional STAY in Our Little House series — from heart-fluttering games and performances to real, vulnerable human connections. In the end, both I.N’s thanks and Han’s apology showcase the beautiful (and sometimes messy) reciprocity between Stray Kids and their STAYs.
To the STAY who caught I.N: Thank you for being there. To Han: We see your heart, and we’re still here cheering louder than ever. ❤️
