According to Herald POP, former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin has officially established a new entertainment company named OOAK Entertainment (OOAK Co., Ltd.), completing registration on October 16. Min is listed as an executive director, with the company set to focus on artist management, music and album production, event planning, and brand management. The agency is reportedly based in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam, where a new building is currently under construction.
This move marks Min’s first official step since her dispute with ADOR, and the K-pop world is now focused on the upcoming court ruling that could determine the future of NewJeans. The group had previously attempted to terminate their contract with ADOR but lost two injunction cases.
