BLACKPINK has once again reaffirmed their global superstar status, this time by smashing a major streaming milestone with their latest single “JUMP.”
On September 30, YG Entertainment revealed that the track officially surpassed 300 million streams on Spotify the previous day (29th). Remarkably, the song achieved this feat in just about 80 days since its release on July 11, making it the fastest-streamed K-pop girl group track to reach the mark. This also marks BLACKPINK’s 19th song to enter the 300-million club on the platform.

The record-breaking run began early on. “JUMP” took only 17 days to cross 100 million streams, the quickest pace ever for a girl group. Just a few weeks later, it surged past 200 million in 44 days, the fastest this year among girl group releases. To date, only BLACKPINK’s own “Pink Venom” has done better, reaching that milestone in 42 days.
The track’s impact has extended far beyond Spotify. In the U.S., “JUMP” is enjoying a 10-week streak on the Billboard Hot 100, the longest run by the group on the chart so far. It continues to hold firm on both the Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. rankings, underscoring its worldwide popularity.
Even before these streaming numbers, the song’s momentum was evident. Upon release, “JUMP” debuted at No. 1 on domestic charts, giving BLACKPINK the record for the most chart-topping songs by a K-pop group. Eleven weeks later, it remains lodged in the top tier, proving its staying power.
Meanwhile, the quartet is also lighting up stages around the world with their “BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR DEADLINE.” After making history as the first K-pop girl group to perform at the Goyang Sports Complex in July, the group has since completed successful shows across North America and Europe. The tour continues in October with stops in Gaoxiong, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.
With “JUMP” breaking records at lightning speed and their tour drawing massive crowds, BLACKPINK shows no signs of slowing down.
