Fans are abuzz with anticipation for what’s next, especially since G-Dragon will be performing on November 23 at the 2024 MAMA Awards in Osaka, Japan. The performance is rumored to feature a special collaboration with his fellow BIGBANG members Taeyang and Daesung, heightening excitement for what promises to be a landmark event. Though his agency, Galaxy Corporation, has yet to confirm details, rumors suggest a reunion performance that would see the three artists together on stage, marking BIGBANG’s first appearance as a trio in a major event since member T.O.P’s departure and Seungri’s retirement.

Following the release of “POWER” on October 31, G-Dragon quickly dominated major music charts, including Melon, Genie, Bugs, and Vibe, reinforcing his lasting influence. The accompanying music video soared to over 10 million views on YouTube within a day, a testament to his enduring popularity. With “POWER,” G-Dragon reasserted his place at the pinnacle of K-pop, seven years after his last solo mini-album, Kwon Ji Yong. The song’s success set the stage for his rumored upcoming single and has fans speculating about how he will further evolve his signature sound.
