Boy group Stray Kids is enjoying a double celebration just weeks before their highly anticipated August comeback, as two of their albums have now surpassed 1 billion streams each on Spotify.

According to reports, Stray Kids’ mini albums ODDINARY (released March 2022) and ATE (released July 2024) have each reached the impressive milestone of 1 billion cumulative streams on the global platform Spotify.

With these latest achievements, Stray Kids now boast six albums that have crossed the 1 billion stream mark on Spotify: IN生 (IN LIFE), NOEASY, GO生 (GO LIVE), ★★★★★ (5-STAR), ODDINARY, and ATE. This places them second among all K-pop groups for the most billion-stream albums.

ODDINARY, whose title cleverly combines “Odd” and “Ordinary,” showcased the group’s distinctive identity and bold ambition to dominate both domestic and international music scenes. Meanwhile, ATE delivered high-quality tracks that further solidified their strong connection with fans worldwide.

Much of the group’s success stems from the hands-on involvement of its in-house production team 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han), who continue to drive the group’s unique sound and impressive track record.

August Comeback and World Tour on the Horizon

The streaming victories add even more excitement to Stray Kids’ upcoming return. The group is set to release their new mini-album THIS & THAT on August 7, 2026.

The album will feature the digital single “RUN IT”, released on June 24, which has already topped the iTunes Top Songs chart in 41 regions including the United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

Stray Kids, recognized as a “global top artist” after becoming the first act in the world to chart eight consecutive albums at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in 2025, are generating massive anticipation for this comeback.

To kick off the new era in style, the group will launch their Stray Kids World Tour <RUN IT> with five concerts at KSPO DOME in Seoul’s Songpa-gu on July 25, 26, 29, and August 1 and 2.

As Stray Kids continue to break records and expand their global influence, all eyes are on what fresh music and performances they will deliver with THIS & THAT. STAYs around the world are eagerly counting down to the August 7 release.
