XG is set to close out the year with another major moment in their global rise: the group has been invited as a special guest performer for the Season 28 finale of NBC’s hit music competition The Voice. Their appearance will air on December 16 (local time), marking a new milestone in their expanding U.S. presence.
The seven members — Jurin, Chisa, Hinata, Harvey, Juria, Maya, and Cocona — will take the stage with a highly anticipated performance of “GALA,” a pre-release track from their upcoming first full-length album. The song, known for its sleek synth textures and pulsing house rhythm, has already made waves online. Since release, “GALA” has landed on YouTube’s Trending charts in more than 20 countries, spanning the U.S., U.K., and Japan, and its music video has surged past 19 million views, signaling powerful momentum ahead of its TV debut.
The Voice remains one of the biggest audience draws in U.S. network TV, celebrated for its blind-audition format and lineup of star coaches. This season features Reba McEntire, Snoop Dogg, Michael Bublé, and Niall Horan, contributing to the show’s continued buzz. The finale regularly attracts millions of viewers, providing XG with a rare and influential platform to showcase their signature futuristic pop style.
The finale invitation comes following a series of impressive achievements abroad. XG previously entered the Billboard 200, performed as a headliner on Coachella’s iconic Sahara Stage, and completed their first-ever global tour, which ran from 2024 into 2025. The tour spanned 47 shows across 35 cities in 18 countries, drawing roughly 400,000 fans and solidifying the group’s status as one of the fastest-rising acts in contemporary pop.
Leader Jurin also expanded the group’s musical footprint this year with her solo track “PS118 (feat. Rapsody),” which attracted significant attention for its inventive sound and genre-crossing collaboration.
The Season 28 finale of The Voice featuring XG’s performance will broadcast on NBC, with episodes available for streaming on Peacock beginning December 17.
