ENHYPEN’s upcoming fan sign event, organized to celebrate their latest album release, has been unexpectedly canceled due to a prolonged system outage at YES24, one of South Korea’s leading ticketing and e-commerce platforms.
Belift Lab, ENHYPEN’s agency, released an official statement on June 10, explaining, “Due to a system error that began in the early hours of June 9, access to the YES24 website and customer service has been completely disrupted.” As a result, the group’s offline fan sign event application, originally open from June 7 at 11 a.m. to June 9 at 11:59 p.m., has been officially called off.
The agency added that further information regarding the cancellation and possible re-application will be announced after YES24's systems are fully restored. “We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience,” Belift Lab said.
YES24 also issued a public apology via its official channels, stating that it is “undergoing emergency system maintenance to improve service,” and acknowledged that users are currently unable to access the site, place orders, or contact customer service. “We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused,” the company said.

ENHYPEN isn’t the only artist affected. Solo artist B.I, who had scheduled pre-sales for his upcoming July concert via YES24, has also experienced disruptions due to the outage, forcing adjustments to his ticketing schedule.
The timing is particularly unfortunate for ENHYPEN, who just released their sixth mini-album, DESIRE : UNLEASH, on June 5. The album has already sold over two million copies within five days, cementing the group’s third consecutive "double million seller" status and highlighting the high anticipation surrounding their promotions.
YES24, founded in 1999, is a major player in Korea's online retail and ticketing ecosystem, offering services for concerts, books, albums, and multimedia products. The platform’s widespread usage means that any disruption triggers significant backlash from both fans and consumers.
As of now, users are advised to stay tuned to both Belift Lab and YES24's official updates for further developments.
